Tuition is due in full when a student is registered for class session. If a payment is not paid in full, payment arrangements must be made & a credit card must be on file in your account. If balance is not paid in full by the 4th week of the session, the student will be removed from the class and possibly lose his/her spot due to the waitlist. This tuition policy also applies to all mid-session registration. If you choose to drop your child off, Olympia staff is not responsible after they leave the gym and Open Gym is complete. Children are not allowed to be unattended in the viewing area. We understand if something happens and there is a small delay in retrieving your child, but Olympia is not responsible for them in the viewing area or if they leave the viewing area and go outside.
